About these terms
These terms apply to purchases made through the Miggie Marketplace. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and, if you are under the age of majority where you live, that a parent or guardian has authorized the purchase.
Listings and availability
We make reasonable efforts to describe each item accurately and show its current condition. Colors can vary by screen. Many items are one of a kind, and adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. An order is accepted only after payment is completed and inventory is confirmed.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges are displayed before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; Miggie.fun does not store complete card details. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an inventory, pricing, fraud-prevention, or technical error.
Final-sale policy
All marketplace purchases are final sale and are not returnable for preference, fit, color variation, or disclosed signs of wear. This does not limit remedies required by law or our responsibility when an item arrives damaged or materially differs from its listing.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the marketplace, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent payments, scrape the service in a disruptive manner, or use the site in violation of law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Miggie.fun is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
