Who the site is for

Miggie.fun is a general-audience service intended for people age 13 and older. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted.

Information you provide

When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, display name, password in securely hashed form, display preference, and any avatar you choose to upload. We process your age-eligibility confirmation during registration but do not currently retain a birth date. Marketplace checkout may also collect an email address, recipient name, shipping address, purchased items, and order status. Private product submissions may contain the submitter’s name, email address, proposed listing details, and uploaded photographs. Card details are entered directly on Stripe’s hosted checkout and are not stored by Miggie.fun. We also process information you send when requesting support.

Information collected automatically

The hosting service may process IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, security events, and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the site. Preferences may store display mode, cart contents, and cookie choices in your browser’s local storage or session.

Cookies and advertising

Necessary cookies support sign-in, security, cart contents, display preferences, and core features. Selected public content pages use Google AdSense. Google’s certified consent management platform presents advertising choices where required and may allow personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads according to a visitor’s selection and location. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar technologies to deliver, limit, secure, and measure advertisements.

Payments and orders

Stripe processes marketplace payments and may collect payment, identity, device, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy policy. Miggie.fun receives limited checkout and payment-status information needed to manage orders, inventory, shipping, support, refunds, disputes, accounting, and legal obligations.

How information is used

We use information to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, provide requested features, fulfill marketplace orders, remember preferences, prevent abuse and fraud, troubleshoot problems, communicate about the service, and—when permitted—support the site with advertising.

Sharing

Information may be processed by hosting, email-delivery, payment, shipping, security, and advertising providers only as needed to operate their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell account information as a standalone product.

Retention and security

Account and order information is kept while an account remains active and as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, accounting, disputes, security, legal, and operational purposes. Logs and backups may remain for limited periods. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can change profile information and display preferences through account settings, reject optional advertising cookies, and request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support@miggie.fun. Some transaction records may need to be retained where legally required. Legal rights vary by location.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site changes. Material revisions will receive a new effective date on this page.
