Where we ship
Unless an individual listing says otherwise, marketplace orders currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States. A complete, deliverable address must be provided during checkout.
Processing time
Orders are normally prepared within three to five business days after payment. Weekends and holidays are not business days. A listing may disclose a different preparation time for fragile, customized, or oversized items.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charge appears on the product page and in the cart before checkout. Multiple quantities may each carry the disclosed shipping amount. No additional marketplace shipping fee is added after payment.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking is provided when the carrier makes it available. Carrier scans and estimated delivery dates are informational and may change. Buyers are responsible for providing a safe and accurate delivery location.
Damage, loss, or delay
Contact support@miggie.fun promptly if tracking stalls, an order arrives damaged, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be found. Keep the packaging and take clear photographs of damage so we can review the issue with the carrier.
Address changes
Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee a change after the order has entered fulfillment, and buyers may be responsible for costs caused by an incorrect address.
