Our standard
Miggie Marketplace does not knowingly offer counterfeit goods. Brand names are used only to identify the item being offered and do not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement by the brand owner.
Original photographs
Listings should use photographs of the actual item whenever practical. Images are intended to show the overall item, labels or markings, and material wear or defects that a buyer would reasonably want to see.
Descriptions and condition
Listings distinguish new, like new, good, fair, and vintage condition. Descriptions should identify known materials, measurements, model information, modifications, missing components, and visible wear without hiding significant flaws.
Branded merchandise
We review available labels, construction, hardware, serial or style information, provenance, and other relevant indicators before representing an item as branded. Unless explicitly stated, an item has not been authenticated by the original manufacturer or an independent authentication service.
Concerns
If you believe a listing is inaccurate or may violate intellectual-property rights, email support@miggie.fun with the listing URL and supporting details. We may pause a listing while it is reviewed.
